We utilise health screening tools developed for professional sports to maximise your time with us. The assessments allow us to give feedback on three key areas; your mechanical, metabolic and cardiovascular health.
Like an athlete, this model's design allows for re-testing every 3-6 months to monitor and ensure progression.

Biomechanical Vald assessment — A video assessment while performing functional movements; gauge your range of motion and force production to understand how effectively your body is functioning

We support and collaborate with you to ensure you gain the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence you need to achieve your health goals actively.
During our first session, we review your Health Test results to set a baseline that guides us in making incremental habit changes with your nutrition, sleep and stress management. Importantly, any change we agree to make will be compatible with your current lifestyle.
We'll onboard you into our digital coaching platform, Trainerize, which allows us to communicate, set and track your goals and habits. Plus, it will progressively become a central hub for your workout videos, nutrition guides, and proactive health data.
Our movement team utilises three forms of delivery; 1-1 PT, small group coaching and digital coaching.
We follow a formulaic approach designed to improve your movement and longevity. The programme is delivered in 90-day cycles to ensure you maintain progress.
Our training philosophy prioritises lower body fortification using a ground-up development strategy, and integration of your core and developing balance using the rotational coil method,.
Additionally, we incorporate functional strength training and conditioning exercises to round off the plan. This program enhances posture, core strength, and overall fitness, ultimately improving your quality of life.
Regular practice of breath-work, sauna, and ice bath can enhance immunity, boost metabolism, decrease inflammation, and strengthen mental resilience, focus, and motivation. Additionally, it may lower the risk of certain chronic health issues.
